Please be informed that the meeting for this month is tentatively fixed on 16 Dec (Tuesday) at the same time and venue. As usual, please feedback before 12 Dec if you are comfortable with the date otherwise to consider a new date. In the event if more members are suitable with the date of 16th, then the meeting shall be proceeded. A final notice shall be informed to all accordingly.
