Please be informed that the meeting for this month is tentatively fixed on 18 Nov (Tuesday) at the same time and venue. Please let me know if this date is suitable to you before 16 Nov so that an alternative date can be considered. However, if majority members are more comfortable with the propose date, then the meeting shall be proceeded.
