1st EGM, 13th Dec 2008

1st EGM called to seek resolution on the

- Property Swap to offset shoplot and car parking against sinking fund

- Selection of new property manager

New Security guards, 1st December 2008

New Security company was selected to enforce the in house rules and improve the traffic system. Those without N Park's T&G will not be allowed to enter N-Park's premise.

Formation of Management Committee, 26th July 2008

1st N Park's management committees was elected under the Strata Titles Act, 1985 (STA). 10 out of 18 members were elected to the board to serve the 2 years term.

Formation of Management Committee, 5th July 2008

Meeting was called to elect the Management committee (MC). However, the meeting was rescheduled to 26th July as there was not enough quorum.
