Fwd: [MCNPARK] Chopping off overgrown tree - in front of Block F pump room

Dear all

Sunnyville management had chopped off the big tree standing on their border which is in front of our car lots.  That tree posed high risk as the tree branches protruded on the car shade which will cause impact during heavy rain.  Anyway, they have already chopped off the tree two days ago.

Part of the pool wall has been thoroughly brushed off by the workers.  It looks clean now.  They will continue with the work till refilling of water that will probably takes about another 10 days to complete. We will ensure the work is fully completed before the coming A G M.

Fwd: [MCNPARK] Tree cutting by sunnyville management


Dear N-Park residents, 

I have just received call by Sunnyville management that they will engage their landscape contractor to chop off the overgrown tree branches penetrated in our compound which is facing Block F's pump room.  Work to this effect shall be on this Monday (15 July) from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.  We will ask Pak Cik to place a small notice on those vehicle parking along the area tonight and tomorrow to prevent any mishap that might happen.

We have also informed security to divert the traffic during this hour.

NPark MC Monthly July's meeting


Dear all

Please be informed that the monthly meeting for next month is 16 July 2013 (tuesday).  This is in conjunction with the A G M of which it has already fixed on 20 July. I hope all will attend this meeting because there are issues related to question and answer  that might be raised by the residents in the A G M. We are answerable for every single cent spent.

Fwd: [MCNPARK] NP - uprooted trees


Dear all

Following the thunderstorm occurred last night, many of the places were widely damaged.  N Park is not spared too.  A few of the trees uprooted last evening and fell into the jogging track there, luckily no casualty happened.  We have chopped off the trees today and clear the debris.

Fwd: [MCNPARK] Block A new waterproofing - last round of work


Dear all

The new waterproofing for Block A has almost reach end stage.  At this period, the workers are closing up the slab with new cement rendering increasing the height of 4" .  From unit 1 to unit 8 including the tank area.  After fully cementing the place, he will carry out one more round of water ponding for another one day to test the end result.

We will approach the affected residents for their feedback, should there be no leakages occur be it new or old seepage, i think the contractor - Hosen has delivered his work diligently. However, he will still attend to the complain of the same nature as the warranty is valid for two years after completion.

I will invite him to come for this coming meeting to let everybody recognise him or may be have some interview on him.
