N-Park Water Exhibition & Water Painting Competition Day 7 Aug 2-5pm

Dear all MC Committee members & N-Park residents This is an open invitation to all of you to come and support this event this Saturday afternoon 2-5pm N-Park Lobby. N-Park MC is given a desk to exhibit its Water Saving Campaign. Hope the Chairman Mr Oon has collected some materials for exhibition. If not yet, he should direct the Management Office to do so. Please bring your children 12 years and below to take part in the water painting competition. Children 6 and below only do colouring. The children have to bring their own colour pencils and ink. We proved the paper.  Top 3 prizes in each category are Bicycles worth RM200-250 each. We also give free T-shirts to all participants. There is also a free tea break. Water Supply Interrupt - BLOCK B. 27th July 2010

Dear all                                                                             C R I S I S
 
Kindly take note that the elbow for the 4" poly pipe  in the 16th Floor Pump
Room of Block B burst half an hour ago.  As the pressure was very strong, the water had shot the electrical panel and caused short circuit.  As such, water supply to the whole block was then cut meaning that there is no water in the whole of Block B for the whole night till next morning.
 
 
Since this critical job requires fusion machine to rejoin the elbow and usually only contractor owns this heavy machine, thus, there is nothing much we can do but will call the contractor early in the morning to rush the work. Both Pipe Layer and Chargeman must  come together to do the rescue work.
 
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Rate Adjustment For Badminton Court

7 December 2009

 

To All Residents of N-Park Condo

 

Re :     Rate Adjustment For Badminton Court

- N-Park Condo –

 

Reference is made to the above matter. Kindly take note that effective 1st January 2010

 the new rate for using the badminton court will be adjusted to as follows. This is in line with high cost of maintaining the sport complex.

 

 

1.         Peak hour Monday to Friday

            6.00pm to 10.00pm – RM 12.00 per hour ;

 

2.         Non peak hour Monday to Sunday

                        - RM 8.00 per hour ;

 

            3.         No refund payment or re-schedule is allowed for cancellation of court ;

           

            4.         Once booking is confirmed, payment must be made in advance. Please

request for official receipt when making payment. Please bring along the

receipt for random checking.

 

5.         Failure to make payment in advance, the management reserves the right to cancel your booking and it to next waiting list.

 

 

However the rate for Sqush Court shall remain at RM4.00 per hour, without changes.

A COUTERSY REMINDER TO ALL RESIDENTS

 

 

Kindly take note that this notice serves as a Courtesy Reminder to all concern that if you are in arrears of maintenance fee and other charges,  you are required to settle it on or before lst week of December 2009. Without the fund, the services will be interrupted, particularly to T N B and lift service.  To avoid disruption to these basic amenities that will affect everybody’s livelihood, we urge you to kindly make payment to the management office upon the receipt of this reminder.

 

Failure to pay the dues, we will B A R your touch and go card without further reference to you. Please do not argue with the security guards or management staff if your card is de-activate. To re- activate your card, Please help yourself to make payment to this effect. 

 

 

however, If you are the tenant and your landlord is in arrears of maintenance fee, then, you are requested to pay the maintenance fee on their behalf and deduct from the rental in order to gain entry. A receipt of which will be issued to you accordingly.

 

 

Meanwhile, an Operasi Card Checking will be carried out randomly. please ensure that you own the valid touch and go card and is cleared of your maintenance fee. Otherwise, your entry will be disrupted.
